Inspired by

This work is inspired by The Canary Code by Ludmila Praslova, which offers a powerful and compassionate reframe.

As Praslova reminds us, canaries don’t create toxic environments—they reveal them. Historically, canaries were brougt into mines to detect toxic air levels.

In organisations, these “canaries” aren’t fragile. They’re perceptive. They notice when workloads become unsustainable, when communication breaks down, when psychological safety erodes, but instead of being rewarded, they are the ones first to leave, get fired or too afraid to speak up.

But here's the thing, when you design workplaces that support the most sensitive nervous systems, you create environments that are healthier, more productive, and more sustainable for everyone.

That’s what neuro-inclusive training is really about.

This isn’t about labels, compliance, or one-off workshops. It’s about upskilling leaders and teams in a rapidly growing area they want to understand—how different brains work, how energy and focus fluctuate, and how to build cultures where people can thrive long-term.
